One of my favorite things to make at home on the weekends is this amazing open faced tuna sandwich. I prepare the tuna the way my mom makes it. Combine a can of white tuna, mayo (I use Kewpie,) a quarter of a small onion (minced,) a stalk of celery (minced,) a dash of paprika and curry powder (I use a lot but it all depends on what you like.) I top it onto Trader Joe's Tandoor Naan, sprinkling it cheese and popping into the toaster oven. A little dash of hot sauce and Voilà!
