ARTICHOKE . East Village, Greenwich Village & Chelsea
I was wandering around Greenwich Village when I passed someone carrying a giant slice of pizza that looked absolutely mouthwatering. A first glance, I knew it was from Artichoke Pizza. My first experience there was a slice of the Artichoke which is a thick, cream based pizza and topped with artichokes (big surprise!) This time I wanted to try something different.
A slice of the Crab pizza ($5) was delicious but I thought it was a little overpriced. I could definitely taste the crab but overall it was not too cheesy but too creamy for my preference. Decadent for sure but not my style.
